Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Psychology Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in recruitment administration.
  • Familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, powerpoint)
  • Will be assigned in EDSA, Mandaluyong City
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handles end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, initial interview, test administration, pre-employment requirements, documentation) for vacant positions.
  • Ensures filling up of job vacancies within agreed lead times.
  • Proposes and conducts various means of sourcing applicants.
 
STOCK ASSISTANT
Job Requirements:
  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Business/ Agriculture/ Supply Chain.
  • With experience in warehouse managment and planning.

Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of any four (4) year course

Job Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the generation and implementation of store design improvements and other in-store marketing tools

  • Able to use various testing instruments
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducts inspection and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure proper condition
  • Repairs major defects of machines
  • Ensures operation of machines during special events such us store opening, machine rental, promos and product launching
  • Updates and guides branch technicians on parts replacement, repair and modification needed by machines
 
AIRCON TECHNICIAN
Job Requirements:
  • Vocational/Diploma in Electrical Electronics
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in aircon installation and maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducts regular inspection of airconditioning equipment and components in stores to ensure proper operation
  • Repairs defective aircon equipment and components
  • Updates and guides technical team members on how to properly maintain, clean, replace parts or modify aircon equipment
  • Monitors correctness of purchased spare parts
 
REPAIRS AND SERVICES SUPERVISOR
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of Electronics course
  • With at least 2 years experience as Supervisor or Specialist in repairs, maintenance, electronics/ electrical servicing
  • With extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance of electronics and electrical equipment and machines
Job Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervises and coordinates the work of Area Technicians to ensure effective implementation of repairs and maintenance
  • Sets up and ensures the implementation of regular and preventive maintenance programs
  • Coordinates and assists store operations on floor layout for all equipment
  • Attends construction and coordination meetings with contractors and mall admin
  • Determines training needs to enhance technical skills of team members
 
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
  • Must have at least 1 year work experience
  • With keen attention to details; ability to analyze figures; knowledge of accounting principles; multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintains information of new and transferred assets
  • Monitors movement of all fixed asset inventories
 
DRAFTSMAN
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of Technical Drafting and CAD Technology course; short/vocational course may be considered
  • Knows technical drawing and specification plan, elevation, sectional views, assembly drawings, isometric drawings, 3D perspective as built plans
  • With skills and knowledge in AUTOCAD, Sketch Up or any related applications
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepares drawings and sketches using CAD and apply standard design principles and codes
  • Correlates actual execution of projects to provided detailed plans
  • Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, internal and external customers
  • Prepares timetables prior to construction to determine the project completion
 
PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of any business related course
  • Must have at least 6 mos experience as Purchasing Assistant or its equivalent position in a consumer service chain
  • Computer literate preferably in MS Windows
  • Must be knowledgeable in maintaining an efficient filing system
Job Responsibilities:
  • Accomplishes receiving reports correctly
  • Ensures on-time and accurate transmittal of inter-office documents
  • Ensures that files are properly stored and accounted for
  • Double checks the departments issuance of items
